PA Passes new EV Tax, but there's a Loophole for 2025

TL;DR Summary: "If your Pennsylvania registration for your EV expires b etween now and June 2025, renew it for two years by the end of 2024 for two years. You will avoid having to pay the new $200 EV fee for 2025 registration renewals, and  for vehicles expiring in 2025 renewed for two years by the end of 2024, you will also save  the $250 EV fee for 2026!" ==== Scenario: - I recently renewed my Nissan Leaf's Pennsylvania registration (an electric vehicle, or EV) for two years a couple months ago. - The Pennsylvania Legislature just passed a new law that will require annual fees for EVs starting in 2025 to be paid with the annual registration renewal  So I asked Ed Neilsen, Majority Chair of the PA Transportation Committee a question on whether I would have issues since I already renewed PAST 2025 - would I be pulled over? //IMHO// The Occupy Movement's goal? - A Constitutional Amendment, Perhaps?

Have you actually read the Occupy Declaration ? I don't think the goal is just fixing what has gone wrong by making people pay their fair share and getting people back to work and general economic and social fairness, but fixing it permanently. The declaration says "THEY" often. Who are "THEY"? It's not Millionaires - it's CORPORATIONS. What action would permanently address every point in the Declaration?? Perhaps a constitutional amendment permanently reversing parts of, any or all Supreme Court " Corporate Personhood " decisions: - Citizens United v. FEC - Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad - Dartmouth College v. Woodward is required. Specifically, I can imagine demands/effects such as: - The ability of a state to revoke a corporate charter (Corporate death penalty) - The invalidation of Corporate "personhood" and revocation of all Constitutional protections given to corporations given to people unles...
